Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SimpleTrack, a product of Next Solar SARL(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or sending a message to one of our bots, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SimpleTrack lets you describe a tracker in plain language and have an AI generate the schema, dashboard, and a messaging endpoint you can use through WhatsApp and Telegram. The service is currently offered as a free beta. We may add paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give you advance notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use SimpleTrack.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break any law that applies to you.
• Send unsolicited or harassing messages through our bots.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to store or process content that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the service in a way that abuses or attempts to bypass the per-user usage limits.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into your trackers. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content as strictly necessary to operate the service for you and the members you invite. You can export and delete your content at any time.

5. AI-generated output

Parts of the service are powered by AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI logs into your trackers and for any decisions you make based on that output.

6. Third-party channels

WhatsApp and Telegram are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Telegram FZ-LLC respectively. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that puts other users or the infrastructure at risk.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Next Solar SARL nor its directors, employees, or affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest version. If we make material changes we'll announce them in-app or by email.
