how it works

Two Steps. Two Minutes. No setup.

01

Describe

One sentence about what you want to track. The AI designs the schema, picks a view that fits the domain, and spins up a private dashboard for you.

02

Use it from anywhere

Text the shared WhatsApp number — or open the dashboard. Voice notes, photos, plain language, the AI handles it and writes the row.

use cases

Built for whatever you log.

The platform is generic — you describe it, the AI builds it. A few real domains people set up in minutes.

Accounting

Track expenses, revenue, invoices, and taxes in one place. Multi-table apps split your books cleanly (transactions, invoices, customers). Share the workspace with your accountant — they log straight from WhatsApp.

  • Daily expenses by category
  • Monthly P&L summary
  • Invoice tracker with due dates

Sales

Pipeline, calls, deals, customer notes — all linked together. Your sales team can log a call from the road via voice note, and the AI files it under the right lead.

  • Lead pipeline by stage
  • Call notes per customer
  • Deal size and close date

Health

Family health records that you can actually keep up with — vaccines, medications, doctor visits, allergies. Share the app with your spouse so either parent can log from their own phone.

  • Children's vaccine schedule
  • Symptom diary with date and notes
  • Medication reminders

Fitness

Workouts, runs, PRs, sleep, meals. Log a session in 5 seconds via voice note. The AI charts your progress so you don't have to.

  • Workouts by exercise + weight
  • Sleep hours over time
  • Meals logged by macros

features

Less typing. More logging.

Multi-channel

Log from wherever you already are. WhatsApp and Telegram are live; email-to-app is on the way. One bot, every app you've ever spawned.

Reminders

Forget to log for a few days and we'll nudge you on Telegram. Configurable per-app — set the inactivity threshold or turn it off.

Voice commands

Send a voice note. We transcribe it via Whisper, parse it with the AI, and log the row. Works in English, Arabic, French, Spanish — whatever language you speak.

Image recognition (OCR)

Snap a receipt, a label, or any photo. The vision model reads it, picks the right tracker, and logs the row automatically. The image is kept as an attachment on the row.

AI tuning and custom settings

Per-app behavior knobs: language, tone, emoji preference, strict-completeness rules so the AI asks instead of guessing. Bend the assistant to your workflow.

faq

Questions, answered.

How does it work?

You describe a tracker in one sentence. We use an LLM to design the schema — column names, types, options — and persist it. You get a dashboard table and a WhatsApp endpoint instantly.

What can I track?

Anything you'd log over time. Expenses, workouts, mood, books, plants, sales calls, habits, baby feedings, car maintenance — the AI picks columns that fit the domain you describe.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The web dashboard runs in any browser. WhatsApp uses the standard app on your phone — you just text a shared business number.

How does WhatsApp routing work?

Everyone shares one business number. When you text, the AI looks at your apps and routes the message to the right one — or you can prefix with #slug to target an app explicitly.

Is my data private?

Your apps and rows are tied to your account. Other users can't see them — only people you explicitly invite as members. Inbound WhatsApp messages are stored in your account only.

What does it cost?

Free during the beta. Each user gets a generous monthly AI credit cap; you'll never get a surprise bill.
