Privacy Policy

SimpleTrack is a product of Next Solar SARL(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service at simpletrack.online, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We try to collect as little as possible and use it only for the purposes described here. If anything is unclear, write us at contact@simpletrack.online.

1. What we collect

When you sign up and use SimpleTrack, we collect:

  • Account identifiers — email address, and optionally a phone number and Telegram chat ID, so we can link your messaging channels to your account.
  • Tracker content— the apps you spawn, the columns you define, and every row you log (via the web, the AI panel, WhatsApp, Telegram, or voice). This is your data; it's scoped to your account and to any people you explicitly invite as members.
  • Inbound messages — the raw text of WhatsApp and Telegram messages you send to our bot, plus a log of when they arrived. Voice notes are transcribed to text and the audio is discarded immediately after transcription.
  • Usage and diagnostic data — token counts, transcription seconds, and request counts associated with your account, used to enforce monthly spend caps.
  • Analytics— pageviews and product events (sign-up, app spawn, channel linked, row added, etc.) via Google Analytics. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

2. How we use it

  • To run the product — authenticate you, store your trackers, route messages, generate AI responses, send replies.
  • To enforce per-user monthly limits and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the product and understand which features are useful.
  • To communicate with you about service issues or major changes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your trackers or your messages to train any AI model.

3. Third parties we share with

The service depends on a small number of subprocessors:

  • Clerk — authentication (your email and sign-in credentials).
  • Neon — managed Postgres database where your trackers are stored.
  • Vercel — hosts the application and the AI Gateway we use to route chat-model requests.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) — receives inbound WhatsApp messages from your phone and delivers our replies.
  • Telegram — same role, for Telegram users.
  • DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI (via Vercel AI Gateway) — provide the language models that design your apps and parse your messages. Inputs are processed transiently and not retained by us.
  • Groq — transcribes voice notes via the Whisper model. Audio is sent only at the moment of transcription and the response text is what we store.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage analytics.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication (set by Clerk) and a small set of analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4. Analytics cookies record what pages you visit and which actions you take, but not your tracker content.

5. Data retention

Your account and tracker data is kept until you delete it. You can delete an app from the app overview page, which removes all of its tables, columns, and rows. To delete your account entirely, write to contact@simpletrack.online — we will remove your row in our database and all data linked to it. Inbound webhook logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and deduplication purposes.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law (including the GDPR for users in the EU and EEA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@simpletrack.online.

7. Children

SimpleTrack is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
